Even though EUPHEMIA is exclusively an online store. We are still very local to Newcastle & the Central Coast Region in New South Wales. And we love our community and our personal relationships with all our customers.

The one thing I hate about online shopping personally is that I always am a last minute shopper, And leave everything till the Thursday night shopping sprint. So if I shop online, the chance is I won't have my new outfit in time for the weekend!

So what is the solution??? LOCAL DELIVERY OF COURSE! Read on below for all the FAQS on our local delivery service.

Q: How much is Local Delivery?

A: Local delivery is only $5 per order.

Q: What days do you deliver?

A: We deliver to the Central Coast on Thursday. Newcastle & Lake Macquarie suburbs on Fridays.

Q: What Central Coast postcodes do you deliver to?

A: 2259,2260,2261,2262,2263,2264,2267

Q: What Newcastle & Lake Macquarie postcodes do you deliver to?

A: 2280, 2281, 2282, 2283, 2289, 2290, 2291, 2292, 2293, 2294, 2296, 2300, 2302, 2303, 2305, 2306

Q: What time will you deliver to my door?

A: Delivery will be between 1-5pm. You can track the delivery process via the Shopify Delivery App. Which can be downloaded via the link in your emailed receipt.

Q: Do you pickup returns & exchanges?

A: No. Please refer to Refund Policy in the website's footer for full details. Postage for returns of any kind is commonly at the buyers expense. Unless other arrangements have be made via email.
